We don\u2019t believe in giving you anything other than the clearest financial advice that we can. Whatever your circumstances, we will ensure that we have completely understood the situation before offering you guidance. We will work with you to find out exactly what your situation is. We need to see the whole picture to provide the right advice and, based upon a full and open disclosure of the circumstances, we will be able to see what options are open to you, allowing you to make an informed decision how you want to go forward.<\/p>\n

Once you have decided the action that you will take, we will do everything we can to offer you the financial advice you need. If your financial position can be turned around then we will tell you how it can be done and your best chances of success. If it cannot then we will advise you on how best to declare insolvency, what follows and how you can make the best of it. Should you need to make voluntary arrangements, we will be able to guide you through the process.<\/p>\n
